Information about the product like size, colour, shape, the material is equally importance suppose you want to buy a T-shirt, you liked my advertisement for the T-shirt, you liked the design, colour and you click the link posted by me but alas! you couldn't find it of your size, what you will do? you will give me bad words--hahaha for wasting your time, you will never return to my pages.
The customers do the same thing they have clicked your link but didn't purchase may be due to insufficient description about the products before going to the website where you have diverted him.
Almost all customers prefer free shipping please also provide this information in the information segment of your advertisement.
Also, inform about the availability & shipping time if the customer is not a prime member. Update your banner too on your website looking the availability & the changes made by Amazon from time to time.

Recently I visited a travel blog I found that she has smartly displayed her pics wearing a jacket providing the description of the jacket and its use in travelling along with a few banners of the same jacket in different designs & colour. I was anxious to purchase for my wife & I clicked the link to buy although I was not looking or planned to buy any jacket.
These examples clearly indicate that if a product is displayed with a full description, images at the right place related to the content will definitely lead to conversion hence optimizing conversion rate.
