Personally, I'm totally against this type of landing page, they only mislead newcomers & make them feel that online business is a scam.

You can also develop interest by some valuable offers like a free ebook, a small but attractive gift and so on.

I have been in the sales line for many years & gone through many blogs during my tenor of blogging & admire one of the old sayings
"salespeople mainly forget that they are to help the customer"
If you promote the product just to gain sales you may do it sometimes but if you help your customer in finding the right opportunity you will gain sales always.
Put the consumer benefits first instead of your own benefits. Help them out by taking the right decision by suggesting to them.

You can do this by sending emails regarding the reviews, comparison charts etc. You can also communicate with them on messenger apps.

After presenting the facts (of course in an attractive & pleasant way) & viewer's benefits you can divert to the sales page having a call of action button to buy where he/she can purchase without hassles.
You can also contact your customers again and again through emails and know their needs and suggest to them some better options for making sales again and again.
Remember you have to develop customers' trust in you for achieving more and more sales again and again.
